How it works
Before anything is booked, an intake specialist comes to your home and walks you through the whole thing — because the questions you have at 36 weeks aren't ones a web form can answer.
An intake specialist comes to you
We walk your nursery setup, talk through your delivery date and what to expect on day one, and map out the hand-off, the nightly routine, and how payment works. You leave knowing exactly what happens next.
You match in the app
We put forward specialists for your nights and you review them yourself. Not the right fit? Request a replacement — we never send your family's request to a specialist you haven't approved.
Your nights start
An eight-week contract with one clear weekly invoice, and a written log waiting for you every single morning.
What the intake visit covers
Your delivery date
When care should start, and how we flex if baby comes early or late.
Day one
What the first night actually looks like, so nothing is a surprise.
The hand-off
How you pass the night over and get your morning back.
Team match
How matching works — or how to request a specific provider you already want.
Nursery walk-through
Setup, supplies, and where everything lives at 3 AM.
Payment and daily process
One weekly invoice, and exactly what happens every night.
Your night team
Most families get a primary caregiver for the bulk of their nights and a secondary for the rest. You meet both during onboarding, and both learn your baby's routine from the start.
It means a sick night, a family emergency, or a schedule change never turns into an unfamiliar face in your nursery at bedtime — and it means the person on your couch tonight is rested.
Primary
Most nights
Your main caregiver. Owns the routine, the log, and the ongoing relationship with your family.
Secondary
The rest
Your known backup. Already met, already briefed, already trusted by the time they work their first night.
Every morning
A written night log
Feeds, diapers, sleep stretches, and notes — on your phone before you start your day, so you always know exactly what happened while you were asleep.
How matching works
When we put a specialist forward, you see their tier and certifications, how long they've been doing this, the kinds of nights they've handled, and an introduction they wrote for your family themselves.
If a match isn't right, request a replacement. Your family's request never reaches a specialist you haven't approved — so nobody is turned down to their face.

Sleep SpecialistCPR · NRP · Certified sleep training
6 years overnight newborn care · 142 nights with us · twins and reflux experience
“Congratulations on your baby girl. I work quietly and I'll keep your routine exactly the way you want it — my goal is that you barely notice I'm there except that you've slept.”
Every introduction is written by the specialist themselves.
Levels of care
Every tier is gated by a certification we verify and keep on file. No one is promoted into a level of care they aren't certified to give.
Nanny
CPR / NRP + first aid, verified
Overnight newborn fundamentals — feeds, changes, soothing, and a clean handover in the morning.
Sleep Specialist
+ certified sleep training
Everything above, plus a structured plan to move your baby toward longer, more predictable sleep stretches.
Doula
+ postpartum doula certification
Our most credentialed tier. Newborn care plus recovery support for you — feeding, healing, and the mental load.
Which tier your family needs is part of the home visit conversation — it depends on your baby, your recovery, and what you want your nights to become.
Included with every family · Required
Moone Club runs from before your baby arrives to after your nights end. It's how you get to know your caregivers before anyone walks through your door, how everyone stays accountable while they're there, and how you stay supported once care wraps up.
Every family joins. It's the check-in structure we've found keeps everyone on track — and it's the difference between your baby finishing the programme with real sleep habits and just finishing it.
It's included from the day you book your intake visit and runs through the end of your contract.
Ask before they arrive
Meet your caregivers and ask everything you want answered before a stranger is in your nursery at 9 PM. Bring your birth plan, your feeding plan, and every question you've been saving up.
Stay on the same page
Regular check-ins while care is running. What's working, what's changed, what needs adjusting — caught in a scheduled conversation instead of a difficult one three weeks later.
Keep the line open
Care ends, questions don't. The four-month regression, the solid-foods transition, the 11 PM “is this normal?” — answered by people who already know your baby. Stay on after your contract for as long as it's useful.
Questions
Your caregiver arrives at bedtime and takes the night. They handle every feed, change, and settle so you stay asleep. If you're breastfeeding, they bring the baby to you and handle everything on either side of it. In the morning you get a written log of feeds, diapers, and sleep stretches.
We serve Atlanta — from Decatur and Buckhead out to Sandy Springs, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. If you're just outside it, ask anyway: we can often still place a caregiver, and we'll tell you honestly if we can't.
Their name, their tier and certifications, how long they've been doing overnight newborn care, the kinds of nights they've handled, and an introduction they wrote for your family. Profiles are built around experience, so what you're comparing is who can do the job.
Both. If a match isn't right, request a replacement in the app — and because we don't send your family's request out until you've approved someone, nobody is ever declined to their face. If you already know a provider you want, tell your intake specialist during the home visit and we'll try to place them.
Because it's safer for you. A caregiver working every night of the week is a caregiver who eventually calls in sick and leaves you with a stranger — or no one. Your primary covers most nights, your secondary covers the rest, and you meet both during onboarding. Nobody unfamiliar ever walks into your house at 9pm.
No — every family joins, and it's included from the moment you book your intake visit rather than sold to you as an add-on. It's what lets you meet and question your caregivers before they're ever in your home, keeps everyone accountable through regular check-ins while care is running, and keeps you supported after your nights end. Families who skip that structure get less out of the programme, so we don't offer it separately.
The nightly rate depends on the level of care your family needs and how many nights a week you want covered — that's what the intake visit is for, and you'll have a clear weekly number before you commit to anything.
Every caregiver is background-checked and holds current CPR and NRP certification before their first night. Higher tiers carry verified sleep or postpartum doula credentials on file. Certifications gate the tier — they can't be earned through time on the platform.
Tell us and we'll re-match you. A caregiver who's wrong for your household isn't a failure of the person, it's a failure of the match, and that's ours to fix.
