You take the night so the parents can sleep. Three to five nights a week, the same family for the length of their contract, and a team that has your certifications on file and your hours capped at forty.
9 PM
You arrive
The parents hand the night over and go to bed. You get the feeding plan, anything that changed today, and where everything lives.
Overnight
The baby is yours
Feeds, changes, settling. Everything on the back, alone, in an empty crib. You log the night as it happens.
7 AM
You hand back
Parents wake to a written log of the whole night — every feed, every change, how long they slept. Then you go home.
Your tier is set by your certifications, not by how long you have been here — and it cannot be taken away by a slow month. Levels move within a tier as you work nights and families rate you.

You pick your nights
Open shifts, and you claim the ones that suit you. Declining a night costs you nothing.
Forty hours, hard capped
Across every family, not per family. The scheduler will not let you be booked past it.
Every hour is paid
Including the quiet ones. There is no sleep-time deduction on an overnight shift.
Families never see your photo or your age
They see your tier, your certifications, your experience, and an introduction you write yourself.
A late cancellation still pays
Under twelve hours' notice and you are paid in full for the night. You gave it up; that is not your problem to absorb.
Your certifications are tracked
We warn you thirty days before one lapses, because a lapsed certification drops your tier and your pay.
Ten minutes, no resume required, and you'll know which tier you'd start on before you close the tab.
